A portable power station has to survive two things a stationary cabinet never meets: it gets carried, and it gets used outdoors. The first means the shell has to resist dents and stay comfortable to grip. The second means water, dust and condensation arrive whether or not the unit is switched on.

We build these in steel. The load is the deciding factor: a cell stack is heavy, and it should sit on cross members that tie into the side walls rather than on the base panel alone, because a base panel carrying a pack will eventually dish and take the door alignment with it. Rounded corners and full deburring are not cosmetic either — a case that is carried by hand gets judged by its edges before anything else.

Assembly speed is designed in rather than discovered later. The front, rear and top panels are separate parts fixed to the frame, so your line can drop the cell stack in from above, wire the BMS through the open rear and close the unit without ever working over the top of a finished assembly. Each port gets a silkscreen legend applied after finishing, so the markings bond to the coating instead of sitting under it.

The Pack Sits on the Frame, Not the Base
电池包坐在框架上，而不是底板上
Cross members run under the cell stack and tie into both side walls, so the load path goes into the frame instead of dishing a flat panel. A base that dishes takes the door gap with it, and a door that no longer closes square will not hold its seal either.
横梁在电芯组下方贯穿并与两侧墙板连接，使载荷路径进入框架而非让平板下垂。底板下垂会连带破坏门缝；而关不方正的门，同样守不住它的密封。
Louvres That Face Downward
朝下的百叶
Outdoor air brings rain and dust from above, so every louver is formed with a downward-facing lip and an internal baffle behind it. This lets the pack reject heat through a real path while water running down the outside has nowhere to enter.
户外空气从上方带来雨水与灰尘，因此每片百叶都成型出朝下唇边，并在其后设置内部挡板。这样电池包能沿真实路径排热，而沿外壁流下的水无处可入。
Panels That Come Off for Assembly

Front, rear and top are separate parts on the frame, so the cell stack drops in from above and the BMS is wired through an open rear. Assembly time drops because nobody has to work over the top of a finished build.

Edges Safe Enough to Carry

Corners are radiused rather than left sharp, and every edge is deburred before finishing, which also removes the sites where a coating pulls back and corrosion starts. On a case that is carried by hand this is the first thing anyone notices.

Intake low on one side and exhaust high on the opposite side, with a duct or baffle that stops the air short-circuiting straight across.
